This course is for students who need to quickly improve their exam writing, reading, speaking and listening and bring up their level of English at the same time.
The first part of your class (9:00-13:10) will contain a mix of General English and Exam Preparation. In this part of the class there will be a broader focus on improving all aspects of your English language skills.
The second part will be 2 afternoons per week (6Hrs) (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday) from 1.50pm to 5pm. This class focuses exclusively on the exam and prepares you with the skills and strategies you need for the exam. You will develop the skills and strategies needed for exam writing, speaking, listening and reading.
Classes focus on exam preparation and teachers use multiple resources including past papers and sample papers to ensure that students are fully prepared to succeed and obtain official certification from Cambridge University. The Cambridge English qualifications are of great benefit when seeking employment or enrolling for further education courses and our schools have an excellent record of results in these exams.
Exam Preparation at Delfin English School is a 15-hour English course, where students are placed into a focused Exam Preparation and practice class in the morning. Studying this English course combines level-specific language development with examination preparation, tailored to the international English examinations (Cambridge Language Assessment and IELTS). Students can start on an EX15 course every week.

The FCE, CAE & CPE Cambridge Examination Course prepare clients for the 4 components of the examinations: Reading and Use of English, Writing, Listening Comprehension and Speaking. We are the Authorised testing centre in Cork, so clients can take their examinations here at the school.
